Walk-in / Open no doors, just zoned interior joinery

Doorless joinery for a dressing room or walk-in — full-height hanging, drawer banks, shoe trays and an optional top-box row. Laminate finish only (you don't need door materials), but every laminate decor is on the table.

About this style

Open wardrobes are the simplest spec but the hardest to design well: with no doors to hide behind, the interior has to be planned around exactly how you store clothes. We zone each bay — long hang, short hang, fold, shoe — based on a real wardrobe audit during your survey.

Because there's no door material, the configurator locks the finish to Laminate; you keep the full decor range across Plain, Wood Grain and Texture for the visible carcass and back-panels.

Best for

  • Box rooms (2–6m²) converted into dressing rooms
  • Loft conversions with a usable square footprint behind the bed
  • Couples who want clearly zoned 'his' and 'hers' runs

Things to consider

  • Open hanging requires a tidy household; we can add roller blinds or curtains if preferred
  • Island units need 900mm clear circulation on all sides
  • Configurator forces Laminate finish — mirror and glass aren't applicable without doors

Pairs well with

Linen roman blinds, brushed brass spotlights on a dimmer, a soft cream wool runner, and a full-height pivoting mirror at the end of the run.
