Mirror options
Plain silver mirror is the most reflective and the brightest in the room — best where you want maximum daylight, or in north-facing bedrooms. Bronze and grey-tinted mirror are softer and warmer; the reflection has a tonal cast that suits darker interiors and stops the wardrobe feeling clinical.
- Plain silver — maximum brightness, neutral cast
- Bronze-tinted — warm, dark interiors, mid-century mood
- Grey-tinted — cooler, contemporary, less reflective
Sliding vs hinged
Sliding mirror doors are the default — large planes of glass that need no front clearance. Hinged mirror doors are available too, and work well in walk-in wardrobes or on a single accent wardrobe in a larger bedroom.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the glass safety-backed?
- Yes — every mirror door is 4 mm float glass with a safety film bonded to the rear, so even if cracked the glass holds together.
- Do mirrors mark easily?
- Mirror glass is harder to mark than people expect — it cleans with any standard glass cleaner. We avoid bevelled edges in family rooms because they need more careful cleaning around the bevel.
