Layouts that work
Full-wall desk — a continuous desktop spanning the room with shelving above and drawer banks below. Alcove desk — a single workstation tucked into a chimney-breast alcove, often with shelving above. Loft-eaves desk — a low desk under the slope, with shelving following the rafter line. Under-stairs office — a compact workstation in the deepest part of the stair.

Power and cables
Cable management is what separates a fitted office from a desk against a wall. Sockets are sunk into the desktop or back panel; cables run through hidden conduits to a power tower behind a soft-close door.
Frequently asked questions
- Can the office double as a guest room?
- Yes — wall-bed integrations and pull-out daybeds are popular. We design the joinery around the bed mechanism.
- Will you coordinate with my electrician?
- Yes — we'll specify socket positions and conduit runs on the drawings and brief the electrician directly.
