Two ways to do it
A recessed dressing table sits inside the wardrobe line, with full-height cabinets to either side. A pull-out dressing table slides away behind a door when you're not using it — best for tighter rooms.
- Recessed dressing table with backlit mirror and shallow drawer banks
- Pull-out dressing table on full-extension runners
- Integrated power for hairdryers, straighteners and chargers
- Soft warm-white LED mirror lighting on a discreet switch
Drawer layout that works
Top drawer 80–100 mm — small makeup, brushes, jewellery trays. Second drawer 120–140 mm — palettes, larger bottles. Third drawer for hair tools with heat-mat lining. We line every dressing-table drawer with felt or leather as standard.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I integrate a dressing table into an alcove wardrobe?
- Yes — narrow alcoves are ideal. We typically run hanging above and shoe drawers below, with the dressing table in the middle of one alcove.
- Can the mirror be lit?
- Always. We use warm-white LED strips either side of the mirror — flattering for makeup and matched to room colour temperature.
